Replacing Diesel with Solar: Fortis Myanmar’s 24kW Installation for Myo Chit Agriculture HQ

Powering Agricultural Innovation in Taunggyi with Sustainable Energy

Success Story: Fortis Myanmar Technology & Myo Chit International Trading Co., Ltd.

Powering Agricultural Innovation in Taunggyi with Sustainable Energy

Fortis Myanmar Technology is proud to have partnered with Myo Chit International Trading Co., Ltd., a leading agricultural wholesaler and importer based in Taunggyi, Shan State, to deliver a high-efficiency solar energy solution for their headquarters.

Myo Chit International plays a vital role in Myanmar’s agricultural sector, supplying advanced machinery and equipment for soil preparation, cultivation, and processing. Their operations demand reliable and cost-effective energy to support logistics, warehousing, and administrative functions.

To address rising fuel costs and reduce dependency on diesel generators, Fortis Myanmar designed and installed a 24kW three-phase hybrid solar system using two Deye 12kW inverters. This system effectively replaced a 40kW diesel generator, significantly lowering operational expenses and carbon emissions.

Project Highlights:

  • System Capacity: 24kW three-phase hybrid solar
  • Inverters Used: Deye 12kW x 2
  • Energy Source Replaced: 40kW diesel generator
  • Impact: Reduced fuel costs, improved energy reliability, and enhanced sustainability

Our engineering team conducted a full-site energy audit and simulation to ensure optimal system performance. The installation was completed with precision and safety, aligning with Myo Chit’s operational needs and long-term sustainability goals.
