Empowering Myanmar’s Largest Convenience Store Chain with Scalable Security Solutions
Since 2016, Fortis Myanmar Technology has proudly partnered with G&G Grab & Go, Myanmar’s largest and fastest-growing convenience store network, to enhance their security infrastructure across the country.
G&G, founded in 2012 by Capital Diamond Star Group, has grown into a household name with over 500 corporate and franchise outlets nationwide. Known for its 24/7 service and wide range of daily essentials, G&G serves millions of customers annually and continues to expand rapidly across urban and suburban regions of Myanmar.
Recognizing the importance of safety and operational efficiency, G&G entrusted Fortis Myanmar Technology to implement CCTV surveillance systems across its network. Starting with their central warehouse, we designed and installed a robust video surveillance solution tailored to their logistics and inventory needs. Following this, we deployed 4 to 8 cameras per outlet across more than 100 store locations, ensuring consistent coverage and security for both staff and customers.
While each outlet installation was modest in scale, the cumulative impact was significant. Our team’s ability to deliver high-quality, reliable systems at scale played a key role in supporting G&G’s aggressive expansion strategy. By securing their premises, we helped G&G maintain operational integrity, reduce shrinkage, and foster a safer shopping environment.
